Installation Notes
The completed system weighs more than 210kg after the cells are installed. Confirm the final installation position before assembly. Wear insulated gloves, keep metal tools away from exposed terminals, and do not exceed 7Nm when tightening cell terminal screws with an electric torque wrench.
Installation should be completed by a qualified person who understands high-current LiFePO4 battery systems. Record the assembly process and verify every connection before powering on.
