Commission Policy for Affiliate Program

Commission Payment Terms

• Monthly Payouts: Commissions are reviewed and paid on the 25th of each month.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum cumulative balance of US$50 is required to receive payment. Or credit it for products orders.
• Commission Payment Methods: Payments are processed via bank transfer or PayPal, as mutually agreed the transaction fees will be paid by Payee. Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details to ensure smooth transactions.

Tracking and Reporting

The affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking of referral sales, clicks, and commissions. Meanwhile Affiliates receive email notifications when a referred order is completed and commission is credited. Performance reports can be accessed through the affiliate account for data-driven optimization.

Referral Guidelines and Restrictions

Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical promotional tactics are strictly forbidden. Violations may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Program Termination

Docan Tech reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time. In the event of termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Modifications to Terms: Docan Tech may update the Affiliate Program terms and conditions refer to the market cost price changes. Affiliates will be notified of changes and are required to comply with the updated terms.
