JK PB2A16S20P V19 200A BMS, 2A Active Balancing and Communication
The current US configuration uses the JK PB2A16S20P V19 200A BMS. The BMS, 4.3-inch touchscreen, DC breaker and internal wiring are preinstalled to reduce repetitive assembly work. Bluetooth supports local monitoring through the JK app, while CAN, RS485 and RS232 are available for system communication.
Communication compatibility depends on the inverter model, protocol, firmware and cable pinout. Send the inverter brand and exact model before ordering so the protocol plan can be checked. A listed communication port does not guarantee plug-and-play compatibility with every inverter.

Can Multiple Apex S3 Battery Boxes Be Connected in Parallel?
Up to 15 completed battery packs may be used in parallel when the batteries have matched cell type and capacity, compatible BMS firmware and settings, coordinated communication, correctly sized equal-length cables, suitable busbars and protection, and a system design approved for the intended current. Do not mix unmatched batteries or assume that physical stacking alone makes a parallel system ready to operate.

- Confirm cell orientation, polarity and busbar alignment before tightening.
- Use the cell manufacturer’s specified terminal torque; do not use a generic torque value.
